The seller is: Green Beam Craft by Ben, registered as a sole proprietorship in France.

2. Products and Customization

Our products are customized and made upon request. All visuals and descriptions are non-contractual.
Customization limits depend on the materials and techniques used.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are in euros excluding VAT. VAT not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code
(auto-entrepreneur). This may change for B2B or export orders.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon full payment. We accept credit card, Stripe, PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of non-payment, abnormal demand or suspicion of fraud.

5. Production and Delivery

Production begins after order confirmation. Typical time: 3 to 10 business days. Shipping via third-party
carriers. International shipments may be delayed due to customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalized goods under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

7. Claims and Returns

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. In case of defect or error, we may request a return. Refunds
or replacements will be provided if justified.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, and texts are the property of Green Beam Craft by Ben. Unauthorized use or
reproduction is prohibited.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or delays. Liability is limited to the value of the order.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law. For any dispute, the courts of Nanterre (France) have jurisdiction,
subject to mandatory consumer law.

11. B2B Orders and International Shipments

For B2B orders or shipments outside the EU, VAT and customs rules may vary. Customers are responsible
for any import taxes or procedures. Specific invoicing on request.
